  18. <p>     You can spend a lot of money in a locker room if you're not
  19. careful. That's the lesson in a 60-page report that found New
  20. England Patriots players Zeke Mowatt, Michael Timpson and
  21. Robert Perryman guilty of "improper" conduct toward Boston
  22. Herald reporter Lisa Olson as she conducted postgame
  23. interviews. The National Football League fined Mowatt $12,500
  24. and Timpson and Perryman $5,000 each. The Patriots management
  25. was fined $25,000 for reacting too slowly to the incident, plus
  26. an extra $25,000 to help pay for new N.F.L. instruction
  27. materials on dealing with the media.
